Terms of Service

By booking a reservation at Marcona Supper Club you agree to the following terms.

Reservations

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. A reservation secures your seat at a private dinner for up to eight guests. The date, time, and location will be communicated to confirmed guests in advance of the evening.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made before 48 hours of the reservation date — your reservation can be moved to another date if availability is there.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation date are non-refundable.

If Marcona Supper Club cancels or reschedules an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your reservation.

Conduct

Marcona Supper Club is a private, intimate experience. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who disrupts the experience for other guests.

Limitation of Liability

Marcona Supper Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your attendance or inability to attend.
